Each package includes professional setup and technical support to ensure a smooth experience.

Step 2 - Submit Your Enquiry.

Once you've selected your package, simply submit an enquiry through our website.

Please include.

• Your preferred event date.

• Event location.

• Estimated number of guests.

• The package you are interested in.

Our team will review your request and confirm availability.

Includes:

•  Larger LED Screen.

• Professional audio system.

• Technical Support.

• Pack-down.

Ideal for 20 - 40 guests.

 

Step 3 - Receive Your Quote.

After reviewing your enquiry, we will send you: 

• A personalised quote. 

• Package details. 

• Setup requirements. 

• Available add-ons. 

We will also answer any questions you may have about your event.

Step 4 - Confirming Your Booking.

To Secure your booking, we require: 

• A deposit  to reserve your date.

• Confirmation of the event details. 

Once confirmed, your date will be reserved and preparations for your event will begin.

Step 5 - Event Day.
On the day of your event, our team will:

• Deliver all equipment. 

• Setup the screen and sound system.

• Perform technical checks. 

• Provide support where required. 

• Pack-down equipment after the event.

All you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience.
