​These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between you (the “Client”) and OdECo Events (The Outdoor Experience Co.). By using this website, making an enquiry, or booking a service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
We operate in line with UK and Scottish Law, and terms may be updated without notice. The latest version will always be available at www.odecoevents.co.uk.

Who Can Use This Website
To use our website or book our services, you must:

Be 18 years or older

Have legal authority to enter into a contract

Provide accurate and complete information

Booking & Payments

25% deposit (non-refundable) required to confirm bookings
-
Balance payable 7 days before your event

Bookings within 7 days must be paid in full immediately

We accept:
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Bank Transfers
• Secure Online Payments (Stripe/PayPal)
• Cash (by agreement)
Late or failed payments may lead to automatic cancellation.

Changes to Services
OdECo Events may modify or withdraw services at any time. This includes:

Changing product availability or prices

Updating service packages

Pausing services due to weather, supply delays, or emergencies

We will communicate any major changes affecting bookings in advance.

Cancellations & Refunds
• 25% deposit is non-refundable
• Full refunds only issued if cancelled 14+ days in advance
• No refunds if cancelled within 72 hours of the event
• Cancellations must be made in writing
​
Adverse Weather
We may reschedule bookings or provide partial refunds if weather makes setup unsafe or impossible. We’ll work with you to offer the best solution.

Equipment Hire
• You are responsible for equipment while in your care
• Any loss/damage may incur replacement costs
• Equipment must be returned or made accessible for collection on time
​
Access & Setup
• Ensure clear, flat access for safe setup
• Setup must occur at agreed times
• Delays due to site inaccessibility may incur extra charges

Safety & Supervision
• A responsible adult must be present at all times
• Please follow all usage instructions
• Misuse may result in equipment removal or additional charges

Insurance & Liability
OdECo Events holds public liability insurance. We are not liable for:
• Injuries caused by misuse or unsafe environments
• Personal belongings lost during events
• Damage caused by guest negligence

Subcontracted Services
Some services may be delivered via trusted local partners. All subcontractors are fully vetted and held to our standards.

Media Use
We may photograph or film your event for promotional purposes.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or pandemics.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Scottish Law, and disputes shall be resolved in Scottish courts.
