Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At OdECo., we strive to provide the best outdoor experiences for our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all parties involved.
1. Cancellations by Customers.
1.1 Cancellation Notice: Customers must provide written notice of cancellation via email to enquiries@odecoevents.co.uk OR OUR CANCELLATION FORM at least 72 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. Please refer to Section 4 of out Ts & Cs policy for cancellation due to weather conditions and other allowable circumstances.
1.2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled event will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking cost. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event. Please refer to Section 4 of Ts & Cs policy for cancellation due to weather conditions and other allowable circumstances.
2. Refunds.
2.1 Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 working days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original booking.
2.2 Partial Refunds: In the event of a late cancellation (as defined in section 1.2), a partial refund of 30% of the total booking cost will be issued.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items: Any additional services, discounted products (Sale) or items purchased are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations by OdECo., Edinburgh.
3.1 Force Majeure/Superior Force: OdECo. reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies. In such cases, customers will be offered the option to reschedule the event or receive a full refund.
3.2 Minimum Attendance: Where OdECO., Edinburgh and Partners are predominant event host(s), If an event does not meet the required minimum attendance, OdECo. reserves the right to cancel the event. Customers will be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled event and will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
4. Cancellations Due to Weather Conditions and Other Allowable Circumstances.
4.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If weather conditions on the day of the event are deemed unsuitable for an outdoor experience by the customer, they may request to cancel the event. You will be required to complete our CANCELLATION FORM. Customers will be eligible for a full refund of the total booking cost.
4.2 Rescheduling Due to Weather: Customers may request to reschedule their event due to unsuitable weather conditions by providing written notice via email to enquiries@odecoevents.co.uk at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. Rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will be accommodated based on availability and at no additional cost.
4.2 Other Allowable Circumstances: These include, Medical Emergencies, Bereavement, Employment Obligation. This list of allowable cancellation is not exhaustive. if a customer has a valid reason for cancellation not listed her, they may contact us to discuss their situation. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis.
5. Rescheduling.
5.1 Rescheduling Requests: Customers may request to reschedule their event by providing written notice via email to enquiries@odecoevents.co.uk at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will be accommodated based on availability and at no additional cost.
5.2 Late Rescheduling Requests: Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event will be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25% of the total booking cost.
