What We Need Before Confirming Your Booking.
To make sure your Viewing experience runs smoothly, we will ask for a few key details before confirming your quote.
Event Details.
Please provide your preferred date, event start time, finish time, venue address and expected number of guests. This helps us recommend the most suitable screen size, sound set-up and arrival time.

Grass, concrete, tarmac and indoor flooring may all be suitable, but we will confirm this based on your event Please allow enough space for the screen, support structure, speakers, technical equipment and safe access around the setup.

Access & Parking.
Please let us know if there is nearby parking, restricted access, stairs, narrow gates, uneven ground or carrying distances. This helps us plan the right team, equipment, and setup time.

Power Supply.
Most setups requires access to safe power supply. Smaller setups may work from a standard power socket, while larger LED Screen setup may require a stronger dedicated supply or generator. We will confirm the exact power requirement once we know the screen size you wish to go for and event setup.
