Our prices below give you a clear starting point, while allowing us to tailor your experience around your event.
Every event is different. Your final price may depend on your screen size, location, event duration, guest numbers, access, setup requirements and any additional services or equipment you choose.
All prices shown are starting prices and include build, sound, and derig. Travel/Transport and technician support are charged seperately.
We'll confirm exactly what's included and provide your personalised quotation before your booking is confirmed.
Screen & Build Pricing.
All experiences use the same professional 3.91 outdoor LED screen. The price depends only on screen size and build type - not which experience you've chosen.

Film Licensing.
For Cinema experiences, a film licence maybe required depending on the title, audience and type of screening. Film licensing is not included in our standard package prices and will be charged separately where applicable. We will help you understand licensing requirements apply to you planned screening.

Your experience can be enhanced with additional equipment and services, including enhanced sound, seating (deck chairs, director chairs, Bean Bags), Tents & Shelter, Silent disco.
